Kick off your August bank holiday with us as we land once again at the sunny Oculist for another legendary day party.

This month we have a couple of heavy hitters joining our residents to soundtrack the afternoon. Making her Missing People debut is Brighton-based DJ, promoter and radio host Deadright. With a sound that traverses the deepest house to the heaviest techno, Deadright runs Hive, a night that is making waves here on the south coast as well as in that there London. Her own DJ career is also on the rise having made several recent club and festival appearances rocking crowds from here to her native Ireland and as host of the monthly Deep Dive show on Decadance, the sound of Deadright is evolving to new heights (or should that be depths) and we can’t wait to hear more.

No stranger to our booth, Sam Red makes a welcome return after smashing our terrace party last season. Sam has been championing a breaks-heavy sound via her own party and Decadance radio show, Otherside, that takes influences from techno, jungle and house - fused into a unique style that is hard to imitate yet easy to appreciate. Hot off the back of several special DJ appearances recently, our trust residents Stobe Collins, Tom Luka and Ulex will be weaving the musical direction during the afternoon.
